1. Directly under All-China Federation of Industry Commerce, CADCC is maintained by member fees, contributions and donations.   

    2. Registered members have the rights contained in CADCC regulations, also the obligations of handing in member fees.    

    3. Contributions and donations of members is handed in free-will rule.
 
    4. Annual member fees. President and vice-president 100,000RMB/year respectively, standing director 6000RMB/year, director 3000RMB/year and general member 2000RMB/year (above are company members). Party and individual members are free. 

    5. CADCC’s fees are paid by members, and used by the members.  

    6. Each January is the period for handing over member fees. If exceed the time limit, it must be discussed by president official meeting (whether delayed or abated), or it will be as a waiver.
